Description/Responsibilities: Support newly launched projects for process documentation and improvement for Key Performance Indicators Success Criteria/Outcomes: Tracking key performance indicators for each project such as Not Right First Time Through and Downtime Achieve key performance milestones (5% DT and NRFTT) Activities/Training: Monthly review of KPI'S and individual projects to meet targets Support Engineering to achieve timely project completion Expected Benefit for Student: Tactical based projects related to Mechanical Engineering and deign Modeling software experience Presentation style and comfort with project deliverables Expected Benefits for NSK: Support current engineering staffing on launch activities Share new engineering skillsets to current engineering staff Create pipeline of talent to NSK Provide input to local university regarding NSK opportunities Qualifications Must be a full-time student Prefer students in Junior or Senior status Prefer GPA of 3.5+ Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
