Where You'll Make a Difference

• Drive Data-Driven Analysis: Lead rapid, insight-rich analytical projects using tools like Excel and Power BI to support strategic decision-making and commercial performance.
• Pipeline Review & Insights: Partner with sales directors to conduct pipeline reviews, delivering actionable recommendations to regional commercial leadership.
• Champion Commercial Excellence: Promote and reinforce best practices and operational standards across teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Strategic Communication: Develop and execute internal communication campaigns around product launches, success stories, and margin improvement initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate across a matrixed organization, influencing and aligning stakeholders at all levels to drive team results.
• Business & Operating Model Development: Design and refine business models and capabilities that support long-term strategic goals.
• Process Optimization: Break down complex processes into logical components, creating clear workflows and scalable solutions.
• Craft Clear Messaging: Write and tailor internal communications that resonate with diverse audiences, handling sensitive topics with professionalism and tact.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with commercial leaders and cross-functional teams to accelerate revenue growth and profitability.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's Degree in Business in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, or related area.
• 2-4+ years of work experience in a large matrix organization
• Demonstrates a clear, concise, and impactful writing style.
• Quickly grasps IFF's innovations and technologies, positioning them as strategic competitive advantages.
• Thrives in complex, evolving situations with limited clarity.
• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
