The campus is primarily served by a Central Plant for campus Cooling and Heating requirements. Experience with these systems is advantageous. The candidate should have competent electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, brazing, diagnostic, and mechanical abilities.The candidate will adhere to site standards for safety, quality, housekeeping and security. They will be under direct supervision, utilizing standard HVAC testing equipment and tools. They will record pertinent information for equipment and systems maintenance logs.They will demonstrate the ability to identify the need for diagnosis and repair of all related equipment. They are expected to implement accepted trade practices consistent with HVAC industry standards. They will participate in operations, inspection and repair of equipment and systems. They are expected to perform all duties in accordance with company and site safety standards."
