OverviewMicrosoft's Cloud business is experiencing explosive growth, and the Capacity, Supply Chain & Provisioning (CSCP) organization is responsible for enabling the infrastructure underlying this growth. Cloud Sourcing, Spares, Sustainability & Security (CS4) organization within CSCP manages sourcing and supply of IT hardware for the data centers. We are looking for a Sourcing Program Manager to join our team and help build sustainable advantages through the supply chain. Well-defined and executed sourcing and supply chain management ensures reliable on-time performance, optimized cost, prevents urgent and unplanned investments, and provides accurate and timely information across the supply base and internally across the infrastructure organization. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement supply management strategies for network spare partsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the diverse needs of the business and align sourcing strategies accordingly Participate in supplier business reviews and drive actions/insights for spare parts Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to drive spares strategy and optimize supply chain performance Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulation | |
