ResponsibilitiesDemonstraed experinces building user experinces that is driven by user needs, Job To Be Done (JTBD), and business.Work closely with developers and program managers to bring designs to life within technical and performance constraints.Collaborate with designers to maintain consistency across experiences. Partner with researchers to plan, interpret, and apply user testing insights.Communicate and document design direction clearly for team members, leadership, and stakeholders.Contribute to the growth of a successful design team.Thrive in an international team with communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
