What You Will Experience In This Role: Transform data into information that the business can use to make informed business decisions. Spot trends and market patterns from our aviation and government industry data. Communicate data clearly to business users. Gather and document detailed business requirements from users including data, security, reports and dashboards. Create presentations and spreadsheets to communicate findings. Present findings to a varied audience. Research, develop and modify data collection processes to ensure clean and actionable data. Interact regularly with all departments and management to support strategic and business initiatives. Regularly find areas of improvement for data cleansing and analytics and reporting performance. Data modeling and data modification exposure such as create, insert, update and delete (CRUD) statements using SQL. Encourage a culture of data driven decision making. Test all deliverables. Improve operational efficiencies and promote growth. Recognize assumptions, evaluate arguments, draw conclusions and propose solutions. Position is fixed location based in TN office; however, telecommuting from a home office may be permitted up to 3 days / week. Requirements: Requires a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or a directly related field plus three (3) years of data analysis and analytics experience. Experience must include: Three (3) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
40 hours/week, 8:00am-5:00pm.
