Overview of this Position:

Primarily responsible for coordinating and performing weigh and dispense operations to support GRAM's manufacturing schedule. Including, but not limited to, scheduling all dispense activities, training dispense staff, dispensing exact weights or volumes from a bulk container by mechanical or manual means, inventory management, documentation, electronic transactions and sanitation/cleaning to maintain GMP environment. Role will include various warehouse duties when dispense operations are not required.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum one-year relevant experience in manufacturing, laboratory, or clean room environment is required.
• Current and valid state Driver's License.
• Experience working with inventory systems.
• Must have proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience, preferred.
• Experience working in a pharmaceutical or other regulated environment.
• One-year relevant experience in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Schedule, coordinate, and complete all weigh and dispense activities in a timely and efficient manner to meet scheduled demand.
• Train and mentor weigh and dispense personnel.
• Maintain adequate consumable stock levels in both W&D booths.
• Act as subject matter expert (SME) for all dispense activities during internal and external audits.
• Participate in onboarding projects that require dispense activities.
• Follow warehouse and manufacturing procedures.
• Accurately document data and complete associated batch records as required per procedures and ALCOA requirements.
• Perform cleaning and sanitization duties as instructed by the applicable procedure.
• Assist in maintaining a warehouse that adheres to GMP regulations. This includes but is not limited to: operating a forklift or pallet jack, sanitization, labeling, and staging materials.
• Various warehouse duties as assigned (including, but not limited to: shipping and receiving, material handling, order picking and packing).
• Maintain an audit ready workspace through routine cleaning and upkeep.
