We are looking for aSenior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)to join our quality engineering team and lead automation initiatives for enterprise-grade.NET applications. This role requires deep expertise inJava-based automation using Cucumber (BDD), as well as strong communication skills tocollaborate across onsite/offshore teamsand producesolution and technical documentationfor client deliverables.
As a Senior SDET, you'll help shape our test automation strategy, mentor team members, and ensure end-to-end quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintaintest automation frameworks in Java using Cucumber (BDD)to validate .NET-based applications.
• Create and execute automated test cases covering backend APIs, UI, and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including developers, product owners, and QA-to define acceptance criteria and translate them into test automation scenarios.
• Coordinate work withoffshore and onsite testing teams, ensuring consistent practices and aligned test coverage.
• Integrate test automation intoCI/CD pipelinesfor continuous quality assurance.
• Analyze test results and work with development teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Write and maintainsolution documentation, including test strategy documents, framework setup guides, and client deliverables.
• Contribute to story grooming and sprint planning by identifying test gaps and providing QA input.
• Mentor junior QA and automation engineers and provide guidance on automation standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ yearsof experience in software testing with a focus on automation.
• Strong coding experience inJava, with solid knowledge ofCucumber/BDDframeworks.
• Hands-on experience testing applications built on.NET Core / .NET Framework.
• Experience testingRESTful APIsand using tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or RestSharp.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and tools such asAzure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.
• Proven experience working with and coordinatingoffshore/onsite teams.
• Ability to write clear, structured, and client-readytechnical documentation.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Exposure toDocker/Kubernetesenvironments.
• Experience with performance, load, or security testing
