JOB TITLE: Summer 2025 Intern - REWS Design and Delivery

LOCATION: San Francisco, CA

Internship dates: June 16 - September 5, 2025

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Real Estate Design and Delivery Intern will be an important contributor to the Global Real Estate Design and Delivery Team. They will primarily assist with program management, project reporting, and stakeholder communications. This person must be highly motivated and have a strong interest in Project Management, Design and/or Corporate Real Estate.

YOUR IMPACT (RESPONSIBILITIES):

  • Ensure weekly project updates for all global projects
  • Interview our partners and create a gap analysis of project data our cross functional partners need and aren't able to access today
  • Create project reports and dashboards from Budgetforce that can be used for various stakeholders
  • Help support stakeholders to onboard to Budgetforce and subscribe/utilize reports in a meaningful way
  • Create templates for executive comms
  • Find ways to utilize agents to improve our existing processes
  • Manage at least 1 project end to end

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • A current Junior/Rising Senior pursuing a BA/BS degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Acrobat, Gmail and Google Suite
  • Highly organized
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving expertise
  • Must work proactively with management and cross functional teams

This role will be in office four days a week.
