Empire Distributors Inc, A Leading Beverage Distributor is now hiring an On-Premise Teleservice Sales Rep. Our company offers excellent benefits, competitive wages and the potential for growth opportunities. This is an in-office sales position. M - F schedule. This position has a base pay plus commission structure. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Represents Empire Distributors, Inc and its brands to on-premise establishments. Sells Spirits, Beer, Wine and Non-Alcoholic products to taverns, hotels, restaurants and other businesses. * Maintains order history and route card for accounts. * Preplans monthly planning and Goals * Maintains existing accounts and provides customer service in accordance with EDI's customer service philosophy and standards. * Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources. * Works with Customer Service and Operations employees to assure the best service is provided to customers. Quotes prices and prepares sales orders. * Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm's production and delivery schedules. * Works with On-Premise management on a daily basis tracking out of stocks and backorders to ensure timely customer orders. * Coordinates customer training. * Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries. Education and/or Experience Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Must have the ability to sustain a current and valid Alcohol Sales Permit from the Georgia Department of Revenue.
