  • Work independently to manage cost accounts, including the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of cost and schedule variances; utilize EVM metrics to track project performance and provide accurate cost forecasts
  • Collaborate with the Integrated Program Team (IPT), including engineering, procurement, and operations, to integrate cost and schedule data into overall program management processes
  • Coordinate with Agile Scrum Masters to own monthly status reports containing supporting EVM data and maintaining alignment of the EVM and Agile Process Controls
  • Conduct regular earned vale analyses to assess program performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to maintain budget and schedule adherence
  • Prepare and deliver earned value and cost/schedule performance reports to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with DFARS and other regulatory standards
  • Support internal and external audits of earned value management data, including government-mandated reviews, ensuring full compliance with contractual, regulatory, and DFARS guideline
  • Contribute to program risk management by identifying potential cost and schedule risks, assessing their impact, and developing and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Maintain accurate cost control data, including the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and cost estimates, ensuring all assumptions and performance metrics are thoroughly documented
  • Provide guidance and training to program staff and junior CAMs on EVM principles, DFARS requirements, and cost control best practices
What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
