Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Oldsmar, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Operate production equipment (conformal coat, silicone coating, oven)
  • Conformal Coating
  • Pre-conformal coating testing/inspection
  • Conformal coating masking
  • Conformal coating application
  • Programming of automated conformal coating machine
  • Conformal coating inspection/touch-up
  • Evaluating conformal coating processes and recommending improvements
  • Apply underfill and masking material according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals
  • Communicate effectively to leadership regarding issues/status/performance during a given shift
  • Maintains an effective relationship with Quality and Engineering teams to ensure production goals are met
  • Performs a wide variety of electrical/mechanical product assembly operations on components, assemblies, or sub-assemblies.
  • Prepares assembly work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions and following blueprint specifications
  • Populate PCB's from Work Instructions and Assembly drawings/Bills of Material
  • Assembles components by positioning parts and sub-assemblies, examining connections for correct fit, and fastening parts and sub-assemblies
  • Install, assemble, and inspect electronic components during product assembly with a focus on Mechanical Assembly, per documented work instructions
  • Interpreting job routers, written instructions, and schematic drawings for the assembly of electronics.
  • Performing a variety of inspections with a focus on mechanical assembly operations to ensure assemblies meet/exceed IPC standards.
  • Performing pass-downs with outgoing/incoming shifts.
  • Using hand and power tools and assembly palettes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00/hr

Hours: 4/10-2nd Shift

Length: Temp (12 months)

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics mechanical assembly or inspection role.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ESD (electrostatic discharge) procedures

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with a focus on through hole, press fit, and depanel applications
  • IPC-610 CIS.
  • Detail oriented and able to multitask.
  • OT is available and encouraged.
  • Computer experience with solumina.
  • Computer experience.
  • Willing to train people with prior experience in nail tech, painter, or autobody-someone with attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work a flexible schedule in order to meet production and customer needs
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to perform all tasks in the Mechanical Assembly operation (washing, bake, underfill, masking, curing, demasking and cleaning/touch up, enhanced mechanical, selective soldering and depaneling)
  • Must be able to read/write English.
