Here's what you'd do:

  • Client is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented SEO Analyst with a focus on Content and Editorial to lead the development and optimization of high-impact content that drives organic traffic, supports lead generation, and enhances brand authority.
  • This role blends deep SEO expertise with good editorial judgment, content creation skills, and data-driven decision-making to elevate our digital presence across all web properties.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business goals, focusing on keyword targeting, content optimization, and technical SEO.
  • Lead the planning, creation, and optimization of blog posts, landing pages, and other digital content to improve search visibility and user engagement.
  • Write, edit, and refine high-quality, SEO-optimized content that aligns with brand voice and resonates with target audiences.
  • Ensure all content is clear, compelling, and conversion focused.
  • Own and manage the SEO content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content aligned with seasonal trends, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with content writers, designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded across all digital touchpoints.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEM rush.
  • Use insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Conduct regular audits of existing content to identify opportunities for updates, consolidation, or removal to improve SEO performance and user experience.
  • Stay current with SEO algorithm updates, content marketing trends, and editorial best practices to ensure client remains competitive in organic search.
  • Collaborate with web development teams to address site architecture, page speed, mobile optimization, and crawlability issues.

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO strategy and content development for large-scale web properties, in a B2B environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in writing and editing digital content, including blogs, landing pages, and long-form articles.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Conductor, LookerStudio.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CMS platforms and basic HTML knowledge.

Preferred Skills:

  • AdWords and Bing Ads certification.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts).
  • Ability to manage content calendars and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Good editorial judgment with a keen eye for grammar, clarity, tone, and brand consistency.
