Acara Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our client on a Full Time Direct Hire opportunity located in Houston TX
You will be the first point of contact for customers calling our office. You will play a critical part in delivering exceptional service by addressing inquiries, assisting with new service setup, collecting payments, resolving issues, and guiding customers through our systems and processes. Our call center handles approximately 1,200-1,500 calls per day, and each representative typically manages 300-500 calls weekly. This is a fast-paced environment where professionalism, empathy, and efficiency are key.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Respond effectively to customer inquiries about services, billing, and general information.
  • Assist customers with account setup, service navigation, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Accurately log all interactions, including complaints, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
  • De-escalate challenging situations by providing calm, courteous, and solution-focused responses.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Route calls or escalate issues as needed to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of company products, policies, and customer portals.
