As a Machining III, you would be setting up and operating Fanuc robots, roll forming, benders, crimpers and etchers.

  • Requires the ability to conduct and evaluate destructive testing along with visual checks so necessary adjustments to the set-up can be made to produce a quality part
  • Be capable of running multiple machines at the same time
  • Must be capable of scheduling and prioritizing orders to meet customer demand and on-time delivery
  • Possess the ability to make minor program changes on Fanuc robotics controls
  • Able to set-up and operate all cell equipment F
    • Fanuc robotics
    • Wauseon roll forming
    • Benders
    • Crimpers
    • Etchers
  • Must be able to identify, analyze, and evaluate machine and material problems
  • Report necessary machine repair problems to maintenance
  • Be capable of making adjustments and repairs to equipment and machines when necessary
  • Set-up machines for operate only

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in machining and troubleshooting required
  • Good math, reading and writing skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Able to use a variety of precision measuring tools such as calipers, scales, bevel protractor, micrometers
  • Able to read blueprints and drawings
  • Able to lift 30#
