We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Infrastructure Senior Analyst - Site Support to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing complex infrastructure projects such as wireless upgrades, Network MDF upgrades, OT segmentation, and Teams Voice deployments. This role requires strong expertise in ServiceNow, change management, and vendor management, combined with the ability to provide comprehensive tier 1, 2, and 3 support. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational, planning, and communication skills, along with a customer-first mindset and a positive, curious, and engaged attitude. Scope/Supervision and Interaction This position Does Not Have Direct Reports Collaborates with other Technical Analysts, Senior Technical Analysts, and end users.
- Lead and manage infrastructure projects including wireless network upgrades, Network MDF upgrades, OT segmentation, Teams Voice implementation, and other related initiatives.
- Provide end-to-end vendor management: coordinate with vendors for procurement, installation, maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Deliver tier 1, 2, and 3 technical support for IT infrastructure issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
- Utilize ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change management; ensure all changes follow established processes and documentation standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, business units, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution and support.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce IT infrastructure standards, documentation, and best practices.
- Proactively identify infrastructure risks and performance bottlenecks, recommending and implementing solutions.
- Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks and projects while maintaining high-quality customer service.
- Communicate technical information effectively to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Travel to remote sites as needed to support infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Foster a positive, engaged, and proactive work environment, encouraging continuous learning and improvement.
- Follow established safety and environmental policies, procedures, and methods applicable to the work area.
- Provide after-hour technical support as needed.
- Perform other duties as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS: Education: * Required: Bachelor's degree Experience: * Experience working in a multi-site enterprise environment. * Demonstrated ability to provide tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 IT infrastructure support. * Project management skills, standards, methods, and techniques * Strong proficiency with ServiceNow platform for incident, problem, and change management. * Solid vendor management experience, including contract negotiation and vendor performance management. * Minimum 4 years of IT System experience * Demonstrated leadership * Experience with Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps * Excellent written and verbal communications * Manufacturing environment, preferred Certifications: * ITIL Foundation, strongly preferred * CompTIA A+, preferred * CompTIA Tech+, preferred * CompTIA Network+, preferred Skills: * Strong customer service orientation * Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner * Strong written and verbal communication * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Physical Demands: * Ability to work for extended periods of time while sitting or standing. * Ability to use hands and fingers for extended periods of time. * Ability to perform repetitive motions for extended periods of time. * Ability to lift and move equipment up to 30 pounds.
