SALARY RANGE: $140k - $160k

Astrion has an exciting opportunity for an Infrastructure Team Product Owner to join our dynamic team supporting the OPIR Tools, Applications, and Processing Laboratory (OPIR TAP Lab). As the Infrastructure Team Product Owner, you will serve as the single source of programmatic ownership for all assigned network IT support functions, ensuring the end-to-end operation, integration, and sustainment of critical IT and network assets. This role provides a unique opportunity to drive innovation, strengthen mission assurance, and directly support national security objectives by enabling seamless network and IT operations within a cutting-edge environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 5 years in software development, testing, and integration within DoD or national security environments

  • Demonstrated leadership in technical project management, systems engineering, and stakeholder collaboration

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the execution of IT network support resources under the BOSS contract, ensuring mission success across OPIR TAP Lab enclaves

  • Serve as the primary programmatic lead and knowledge source for all assigned network IT support efforts

  • Oversee the operation, sustainment, and modernization of OPIR TAP Lab network and IT infrastructure to ensure continuous readiness

  • Develop, update, and maintain network and IT Standard Operating Procedures (CDRL C004) to drive consistency and coordination across system administrators

  • Execute and oversee network engineering functions in compliance with OPIR TAP Lab policies and BGIF standards

  • Install, integrate, test, troubleshoot, and maintain network connections to guarantee uninterrupted mission operations

  • Coordinate, schedule, and communicate planned downtime with users to minimize impact while incorporating new capabilities and upgrades
