The Vice President, Medicare & Medicaid Strategies, will serve as a senior leader within Press Ganey's Strategic Consulting division, responsible for shaping and driving quality program strategies across both Medicare Advantage and Medicaid markets. This role will provide enterprise-wide strategic direction, support client-facing engagements, and contribute to product and solution development through collaboration with internal teams, including Hyperlift analytics and dashboarding.

This position will support Press Ganey clients in navigating evolving policy and regulatory environments, maximizing value-based opportunities (e.g., Stars QBP, Medicaid withholds, quality incentive programs), and aligning internal and external quality initiatives across government lines of business. The role also supports informing solution design and evolution of tools from a Medicaid quality perspective, ensuring Press Ganey stays ahead of national trends and state-specific needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic consulting engagements across Medicare and Medicaid products, with a focus on driving quality improvement and outcomes.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on MA Star Ratings, D-SNP, C-SNP, Medicaid quality programs, and regulatory strategy.
  • Partner with the Hyperlift product and analytics teams to inform data integration, measure modeling, and Medicaid-specific insights and scoring logic.
  • Engage client executives, cross-functional teams, and state Medicaid stakeholders to align strategy, execution, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and translate national and state policy changes into strategic recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support solution development efforts across consulting and technology offerings to ensure alignment with emerging Medicaid and SNP trends.
  • Contribute to Press Ganey's external thought leadership through publications, speaking engagements, and client advisory work.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, Master's degree preferred. Clinical background (e.g., BSN) strongly valued.
  • 8+ years of leadership experience in government-sponsored healthcare, with deep knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and SNP programs.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and operational requirements for SNPs and integrated care models.
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional program design, product implementation, or quality performance initiatives.
  • Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and influence decision-making across payer and provider stakeholders.
  • Experience informing or collaborating on product or solution development a plus.
