| Reporting directly to the Manager, the Integration Analyst I is an important member of the Mass General Brigham IS/Digital Health eCare Integration team. The primary responsibilities of the role are to provide design, development, build, testing, implementation and ongoing maintenance of new and existing interfaces with Epic. S/he also provides training and support to end users. The goal is to ensure integration standards and data flow between Epic and systems are standard and adhere to MGB policies and procedures.

 Create and maintain documentation related to technical integration implementation and supportBlueprint/DiscoveryDesignTestingEpic BuildConversionsCutoverPost Live SupportUpgradesServe as a resource for problem solvingAssist with activities related to troubleshooting, supporting, developing, testing and delivering an integration solution for entity and enterprise applicationsManage Epic Interface Build within the Epic Bridges applicationPerform interface application testing from test scripts as necessaryEngage in activities including analysis, review, testing, troubleshooting, and design of new features and fixes related to Epic UpgradesPartake in internal integration workgroups focused on the maintenance, build, optimization, and behavior of active and future interfacesParticipates in interface-focused cross-team meetings with the MGB application teams to ensure communication and collaborationDocuments business requirements and translates those into functional specifications for the interfaceDevelops and executes test plans and performs other interface quality assurance tasksProvides ongoing support of interfaces by identifying and resolving issues, and escalating as needed for timely resolutionProvides high quality, customer-focused servicesParticipates in regular team meetings to discuss team activities, issues and updatesUses the Mass General Brigham values to govern decisions, actions and behaviors.
