As a Project and Office Assistant in our Chapel Hill office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all. Here's why we need you: In this role, you will provide administrative and project coordination support to a variety of departments within the Chapel Hill office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, project document management and distribution, coordination with Owners, Design Partners and Contractors, scheduling meetings, planning events, ordering supplies, general word processing, and digital filing. In addition, you will provide administrative support to office management. Expertise of our most successful Project Administrator:
Associate's degree or commensurate experience.
