How You'll Be Making a Difference

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Program Assistant to support the daily operations of our program. This non-clinical role is essential to ensuring smooth administrative functioning, accurate record-keeping, and effective communication between staff, recipients, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage and maintain confidential medical records in compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Operate and coordinate the management information system (MIS) to support data tracking and reporting.
  • Maintain accounting and budget records related to program and recipient expenditures.
  • Perform reception duties, including triaging phone calls, greeting visitors, and coordinating communication between recipients and program staff.
  • Assist with scheduling, documentation, and general administrative support for the team.


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Prior experience in administrative support, preferably in a healthcare or human services setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.


Preferred Skills:



  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Basic understanding of budgeting or bookkeeping.
  • Bilingual or multilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
