Location: Hybrid, Ewing, NJ Church & Dwight is looking for a passionate and talented Associate to join our newly established Digital Strategy team within the Digital Growth function. We manage the holistic full-funnel digital strategy and deployment to impact consumers across all points of the digital journey. This role specifically focuses on managing the vibrant social communities across leading brands like Vitafusion, L'il Critters, and Zicam. The Associate Community Manager is responsible for content strategy, content creation, daily posting, monitoring, and engaging with our community. This role requires strategic planning and amplification of major campaigns and product launches in partnership with key agency partners on social. Influencer discovery, negotiations and contracting is also an important workstream. This role will be expected to achieve high growth for social platform followings and engagement, providing in-depth, analytical, monthly reports on KPIs. Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $91,100- $129,700. This position is also eligible for a bonus. As a Church & Dwight US employee, you (and eligible dependents, as applicable) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid vacation and sick time, and Paid Parental Leave. U.S. employees are entitled to paid holidays, floating holidays, and vacation days starting in their first year of employment depending on hire date. You are also able to participate in our 401k retirement plan (with company match and profit-sharing) and Discounted Employee Stock Purchase Plan. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity.
