Platform Support

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Platform Support Specialist. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for users of our Data Platforms product, providing top-tier support and ensuring a positive customer experience. While prior experience with data platforms and SQL is a plus, a strong foundation in customer service is the most critical requirement.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide first-level support to users of the Data Platforms product via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues or escalate complex problems to higher-level support.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate product knowledge clearly and effectively to customers.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation as needed.


Qualifications:



  • Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple support requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with data platforms or SQL is a plus, but not required.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced technical environment.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with data-related products or cloud platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn.
