Position Overview:
As a Service Supervisor in our Anaheim Customer Center, you will play a vital role in overseeing and enhancing service operations. You will ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support, driving operational excellence while maintaining the high standards established by the Atlas Copco brand. Your leadership will inspire your team to reach their full potential, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the service team, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery that meets and exceeds customer expectations.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate seamless operations and optimal resource allocation.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary to optimize service efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to service coordinators and administrative staff, fostering professional growth and development.
