Your Day-to-Day:
Inpatient care for adults on a growing psych-med unit Average 9-12 patients per shift, increasing with unit expansion Participate in treatment planning, care coordination, and discharge 7-on/7-off schedule
Ideal Candidate Profile:
PMHNP certified with active (or eligible) Washington State license Inpatient psychiatric experience preferred Strong interest in treating patients with complex psychiatric and medical needs Committed to a team-based, patient-centered care approach

BC at the time of employment Licensed in the state of Washington by employment DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association Minimum of 1-3 years clinical experience with direct patient care with adolescents Psychiatry ARNP with child & adolescent experience Board certification in area of licensure 1-3 years of experience working with the adolescent population Well versed in EPIC EMR Inpatient psychiatric prescribing experience
