KPMG is currently seeking a Manager of Clients and Markets Analysis and Reporting to join our CFO function.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the collection, validation, and analysis of client data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and compliance and streamlining workflows with relevant departments
  • Support the gathering and analysis of market data to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights; contribute to market reports and presentations and collaborate with Clients and Markets teams
  • Generate periodic client and market reports and dashboards; assist in creating and maintaining automated reporting solutions for improved efficiency, and ensure timely dissemination to stakeholders
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for growth; provide actionable insights and recommendation and present findings to team members and senior management
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive reporting and analysis practices, provide training and support on data analysis tools and best practices, and serve as the point of contact for queries related to client and market data
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data analysis and reporting technologies, evaluate current processes to suggest improvements; participate in projects to enhance reporting capabilities and process efficiencies
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent, progressive accounting and finance experience, preferably within a professional services environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in finance, economics, data science, marketing, information systems, or a related field
  • Experience in data management, market analysis, and reporting, with proficiency in data analytics tools and software (for example: SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities, along with effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with CRM systems, data visualization tools, and knowledge of programming languages such as Python is preferred
