Job Overview Join our team in "Doing the Most Good" as a Regional Manager at our Adult Rehabilitation Center. We're seeking a dynamic retail leader to develop, manage, and operate our ARC Family Thrift Stores. This role is crucial in creating net revenues to support our ARC Program while maintaining excellent store operations and team leadership. Pay Rate: $58,240 - $62,400 Status: Full Time, Exempt Key Responsibilities Administration & Financial Management
- Implement business, strategic, and financial plans to increase net revenue
- Conduct sales and productivity analysis to achieve strategic goals
- Provide Key Performance Indicators (KPI) evaluations
- Create and manage store budgets with Director of Operations
- Monitor income and expenses within budget parameters
- Review monthly reports and assist managers with spending adjustments
Personnel Management
- Recruit, interview, train, and supervise Store Managers
- Oversee store staffing processes and maintain appropriate staffing levels
- Support and develop managers in their leadership roles
- Ensure compliance with TSA HR Policies and Procedures
- Review staffing ratios and payroll accuracy
- Conduct monthly meetings with store managers
- Guide corrective actions according to TSA policies
Store Operations
- Oversee product acquisition, production, and sales goals
- Coordinate with Production teams for store delivery needs
- Manage Point of Sales systems and provide technical support
- Evaluate special donations for salability
- Implement operating policies and procedures
- Ensure proper inventory management and pricing
- Oversee Safe From Harm Guidelines implementation
- Conduct store inspections and maintain branding standards
Property & Program Management
- Coordinate store maintenance with Operations teams
- Ensure OSHA and safety compliance
- Support store expansion/contraction initiatives
- Work with ARC Director to maximize work therapy goals
- Assist with lease renewals and property documentation
Qualifications Education & Experience
- Associate's degree preferred in business administration, retail sales, or marketing
- 2 years experience in staff management and development
- Thrift store management experience preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered
Required Certifications
- Valid driver's license
- Safe From Harm Trainer certification
- Ability to drive on behalf of The Salvation Army
