You will provide analytics services to the business. Develop new insights and understand the performance based on data and statistical methods. Analyze results, external market dynamics and other data sources to assess trends and develop applicable insights to management, through understanding of the business model and the information available for analysis.

Position Compensation Range:

$97,000.00 - $164,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Work with sales leadership and partners in the delivery of main performance analysis.
  • Develop multiple models used to project our results; enhance the model where there is value in adjusting the models.
  • Ensure analysis accuracy and integrity and explain performance drivers and provide insights into performance trends.
  • Create forecasting models; speak to the underlying assumptions and inter-workings of the model used to create the forecast.
  • Communicate findings to multiple partners and leadership with recommendations for actions to address business changes, trends, and issues.
  • Test and maintain data/analytics systems and make recommendations for new tools and system enhancements.
  • Develop, tests, and deploys complex automated reporting solutions and automated decision analytics to replace manual business processes.
  • Establish standard analytics governance and communication and ensure.
  • May be requested to complete other assignments or participate in projects based on skills, achievements, or experience.

Specialized Skills Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience providing customer-focused solutions or service.
  • Solid knowledge of forecasting techniques or statistical analysis or data modeling or data mining.
  • Demonstrated experience using software tools to query and report data.
  • Demonstrated experience with a variety of standard reporting software packages and best practices for report deployment processes.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating/presenting complex and independent concepts and unbiased fact-based decision-making and financial performance.
  • Demonstrated experience developing complex data sets for wide-spread use.
