GENERAL SUMMARY: The Integrated Mental Health Management Project Manager (IMHPM) is responsible for overseeing post crisis response initiatives, supporting team members impacted by acts of workplace violence, providing clinical care to clients in crisis, overseeing mental health first aid training for leaders, and coordinating professional development activities throughout the entire organization. The IMHPM helps create an environment where team members feel safe, respected and valued. This role leverages clinical expertise to support the mental well-being and professional growth of employees, ensuring an integrated approach to health and development. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, capable of handling multiple responsibilities to support the overall well-being and development of a diverse and inclusive workforce. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Post Crisis Response:
- Develop and implement comprehensive crisis response plans.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and update response strategies.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during crises.
- Lead debriefing sessions post-crisis to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Provide psychological support to departments and teams affected by crises.
- Promote, facilitate, and/or coordinate Peer Processing Groups (PPG's).
- Create intervention plans for acts of lateral violence, mass casualty, civil unrest, or other acts with global impact.
- Partner and collaborate with Code Lavender team.
- Partner and collaborate with Trust Partners.
- Represent the team around Workplace Violence strategy and intervention from a response or after-care approach.
Crisis Counseling:
- Conduct thorough assessment to understand the client's mental health status and immediate needs.
- Offer immediate emotional support and guidance to help individuals cope with crisis.
- Implement strategies to stabilize the situation and prevent further psychological harm.
- Connect clients with appropriate services and resources, such as medical care, social services, or long-term counseling.
- Provide follow-up services to ensure ongoing support and recovery.
- Advocate for client to ensure they receive necessary support and resources.
- Develop and implement crisis response plans in collaborations with system leaders, human resources, and other behavioral health professionals.
Mental Health First Aid:
- Design and implement Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) programs tailored to organizational needs.
- Oversee the MHFA project coordinator and training team.
- Organize and manage training sessions for staff and volunteers.
- Promote mental health awareness and participation in programs.
- Provide support and guidance during mental health crises.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on program activities and outcomes.
- Represent MHFA as an emotional well-being approach to self-awareness and education.
Professional Development and Training:
- Assess the professional development needs of employees and teams.
- Develop and execute professional development programs aligned with strategic goals.
- Promote, schedule, and organize training sessions and workshops.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of professional development initiatives.
- Collaborate with external training providers and consultants.
- Manage the budget for professional development activities.

- Lead Debriefing Sessions: Conduct debriefing sessions after a crisis to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Provide Psychological Support: Offer support and resources to individuals affected by the crisis and ensure the intervention team is practicing self-care. Crisis Counseling
- Conduct Psychological Assessments: Perform thorough psychological assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years clinical counseling experience (postgraduate).
- At least 3-5 years critical response experience, ideally in a team leader role.
- Availability to be on call and respond to crisis 24/7.
- Licensed clinician with experience in crisis management, mental health program management, and professional development.
- Experience in delivering services and presenting using virtual technology.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in crisis response and mental health.
- Ability to travel occasionally to different office locations or training sites.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours during crises or urgent situations.
- Course development and facilitation experience.
- Computer proficiency and strong organizational skills.
- Substance abuse knowledge experience preferred.
- Suicide/homicide prevention and/or response experience preferred.
- Crisis hotline/intervention experience preferred.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:
- Michigan Licensure as an LLP, LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT or other related behavioral health field.
