About the role

In this role, you'll serve as a trusted client advisor, leading the execution of integrated digital and social campaigns while managing timelines and cross-functional teams. You'll bring creative ideas to life across paid, earned, and owned channels, with a focus on delivering high-quality content and strategic counsel. This position requires growing expertise in healthcare, while also mentoring junior staff and contributing to new business efforts. Strong collaboration, financial acumen, and a proactive approach to client service and team leadership are key to success.

The requirements



  • 4-5 years healthcare experience


  • Lead multiple client programs and manage client expectations


  • Comfortable recommending social and digital tactics for accounts


  • Understands interactive elements of complex digital/social media engagement campaigns, collaborating with traditional and digital media


  • Builds client relationships by providing strategic digital counsel, with support from executive digital leadership


  • Mentor and train junior team members


  • Creative and strategic thinker


  • Excellent written and oral communications skills

NYC Salary range: $82,000 - $92,000

Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
