Provide direction to procedure group in absence of Group Supervisor.
*
Plans, formats, writes, edits, proofreads, and coordinates the production of technical documents, procedures and other media.
*
Convert technical vender, engineering and regulatory requirements into procedures that can be correctly and effectively implemented
*
Collaborates with authors, subject matter experts, and professional staff while preparing technical documents and procedures.
*
Reviews document requirements (including content and schedule) with authors and performs/coordinates document formatting, writing, and editing as necessary for successful and timely product completion.
*
Support review of technical work documents as necessary.
*
Researches commitments with regulatory agencies that may impact new or existing procedures. Performs plant walk downs as needed, using observation findings, reviews, assesses, develops, and maintains human factors, standards, procedures, and aids for technical and administrative procedures.
*
Evaluates and researches proposed changes to procedures and standards based upon human factors principles to ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines and requirements.
*
Provide direct support to Maintenance Department Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements *
6 years of nuclear power plant experience
*
Able to plan, allocate resources, and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously to optimize resource use.
*
Fluent use of electronic work management system Devon Way.
*
Excellent verbal and communication skills
*Proficient in use of Microsoft Office tools and formatting tools Key Metrics *
Responsible for adhering to performance indicators and reports from available work management related databases for the maintenance department.

Support Station Corrective Action Program (CAP) by reviewing CR's assigned to maintenance procedures and provides input to SOC to ensure appropriate priorities are assigned, and create, assign and perform closure review of action items to resolve identified conditions
*
Evaluates feasibility of requested or proposed changes and analyzes documents as to their applicability to nuclear operations. Researches technical manuals, vendor specifications, plant diagrams, design documents, station policies and regulatory requirements to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and writer guidelines
*
Maintains complex electronic file management and configuration control Support temporary schedule changes for emergent plant needs or scheduled outages required on an as needed basis. Support plant ERO required.
