Are you
an organized leader who thrives in dynamic environments? Staffmark is seeking an Event Supervisor in Minneapolis, MN, to oversee event operations, coordinate teams, and ensure a smooth and successful experience for guests, clients, and vendors.

Pay: $22-$25/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Varies depending on event schedules (flexibility required)

What You'll Do:



  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate event staff and volunteers to deliver top-notch service
  • Event Coordination: Manage the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of event spaces
  • Vendor Relations: Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless execution
  • Client Support: Serve as the main contact for clients and organizers to resolve concerns and ensure satisfaction
  • Guest Services: Deliver exceptional customer service to attendees and handle any inquiries
  • Risk & Safety Oversight: Monitor for potential risks or hazards to maintain a safe environment
  • Problem Solving: Address issues promptly and efficiently before and during events
  • Post-Event Review: Participate in evaluations to improve future event planning and execution



Qualifications:



  • 1-2 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift 10-15 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts based on event schedules
