Looking to be part of the action at exciting events across Minneapolis, MN? Staffmark is hiring Event Staff to help create safe, enjoyable experiences for guests at concerts, sporting events, and more.
This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals with strong customer service skills who thrive in fast-paced environments.

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Schedule: Various shifts available, including weekdays and weekends

Responsibilities:



  • Welcome attendees and ensure smooth entry/exit
  • Monitor entrances, scan tickets, check bags, and uphold event policies
  • Patrol event areas to ensure safety and deter unauthorized activity
  • Respond quickly and professionally to any incidents or issues
  • Work closely with other event staff and security personnel
  • Answer questions and help direct guests as needed
  • Accurately document and report any security-related concerns
  • Represent the company with courtesy, attentiveness, and integrity



Requirements:



  • Must be able to lift 10-15 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure
