Dynata is looking for an Ad Operations Specialist to join the Global Media Operations team. You will work with the Sales Operations, Research, and Project Management teams to ensure online campaigns deliver flawlessly for all our research, agency, advertiser, and publisher clients.

This role would include setting up online campaigns in our Media platforms, data analysis, reporting as well as presenting the outcome of the projects/campaigns to the clients. An Ad Operations Specialist is primarily responsible for tag creation, tag implementation, monitoring, troubleshooting, reporting/data analytics and all aspects to do with the verification platform. Managing client accounts, ensuring operational and communication efficiency and timely troubleshooting.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign setup and implementation

  • Ensure campaigns are actively managed against client delivery targets and that all risks are mitigated

  • Identifying problems and dealing with them accordingly at an early stage

  • Reporting and data analytics need to be accurate and presented in the formats provided

  • Manage own campaign risks by following standard checking processes.

  • Run campaigns in Google Ads platform

  • Setup and run social measurement projects with the Meta (Facebook) platform.

  • Coordinate with Sales to service accounts efficiently and have clear briefing and communications

  • Contribute to internal documentation creation and updates.

  • Support in team trainings and knowledge sharing

Education and Experience:

  • Understand basics of the Online Advertising Industry.

  • Knowledge in Web Analytics and possibly Ad management systems like Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads or other DPS such as The Trade Desk and Flashtalking.

  • Experience with reporting and reconciliation in Excel

  • Well versed in Microsoft Office tools
