Description Management/Leadership The Manager - Oncology Supportive Care leads the operation and evaluation of structures, processes and procedures for the seamless movement and support of Oncology patients across the continuum of their cancer care. Responsibilities include oversight of 20+ team members, program development, management, budgeting, quality metrics/dashboard and analyzing patient outcomes related to the services provided by the supportive care team, to include nurse navigators, social workers and dieticians. Incumbent provides operational oversight of Oncology Supportive Care Team covering the Southern Region of MaineHealth. Additionally, will support and collaborate with leaders across the full MaineHealth network to best support our patients. The ideal candidate is an independent decision maker, collaborative and team-oriented working with Surgical Oncology, Radiation Oncology and Medical Oncology Patient populations. This is an in-person role, based in our Scarborough, Maine office. Summary: Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
