The People Strategy Team is hiring an HR Data Analyst to dive into data and make an immediate impact.

This role can be remote from within the US.

What the day will look like

Each day, you will collaborate with a variety of HR and business stakeholders to provide data and insights.

  • Build and maintain various reports and dashboards using Excel, including pivot tables, power query, data modeling, and formulas.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the timely delivery of all reports and dashboards to senior leaders.
  • Collaborate with the People Strategy Manager to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the People Strategy team by providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Additional responsibilities and projects, as assigned.
How this opportunity is different

The Data Analyst will develop and maintain high-level reporting on people data within the company, specifically for the most senior leaders. This role will involve working directly under the supervision of the HR Manager on the People Strategy team.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Training/Experience in Data Analytics, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, power query, data modeling, and formulas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and can work with limited direction and prioritize complex workloads.
  • Essential client services and team skills with a willingness to help and support others.
  • The ability to inquire about, unpack and research data questions, while soliciting and offering solutions.
  • Extremely proactive and highly driven, flexible and willingness to develop.
  • Effective at building and maintaining relationships with colleagues at all levels in the organization.
  • A high level of confidentiality, discretion, and diplomacy.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $55,000 to $65,000 annually, paid HOURLY. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
