Seeking a People Operations Specialist to support critical operational and compliance initiatives within the team. This contract role will play a key part in optimizing HR systems, refreshing internal employee resources, and ensuring data and process integrity across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, technical proficiency, and a passion for building scalable HR infrastructure.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* I-9 Compliance & Risk Mitigation
* Toolkit and Process Resource Updates
* HRIS Implementation and Data Migration
* Benefits Hub Strategy & Maintenance
* HR Document & Folder Management (Egnyte)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* 5+ years of experience in an HR Specialist or HR Operations role
* Proficiency with HRIS platforms, content management systems, and digital file storage systems (Egnyte or equivalent)
* Deep understanding of HR compliance, especially I-9 regulations
* Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
