Summary of This Role
The Global Payments legal team supports all contracting for our partner and merchant sales teams and responds to legal process requests related to merchant accounts. We need someone who can help us manage the legal contract process from beginning to end with a high level of customer service and attention to detail.
What Part Will You Play?
Manage legal requests entered in the legal intake portal in Salesforce, including obtaining clarification on requests from submitters; prioritizing urgent requests; managing files and uploading documents; ensuring all related documents are included; creating, assigning, linking and cloning Salesforce cases; and tracking the rotation of assignments to legal personnel Acknowledge, sort, and upload or distribute CT and CSC Service of Process (SOPs) daily Acknowledge adversarial requests that come into Salesforce to team, create legal cases for merchant demand letters and create litigation matter cases for summons and subpoenas and assign to legal personnel Create open cases for document-execution requests, as needed, and follow up until complete copy is received from DocuSign Upload legal agreements to shared drive; upload copies to Salesforce case, send copies to requestors, and manage Salesforce case(s) Create/download monthly Service of Process report each month Organize and maintain electronic legal files Fulfill all requests for copies of contracts Edit contract PDFs as requested by attorneys Monitor the contracts process flow to help facilitate the sales cycle Communicate with the contracts managers and attorneys to facilitate collaboration between members of the legal team including managing ingoing and outgoing mail Help the team with anything else that needs to be done
What Are We Looking For in This Role? Minimum Qualifications

Experience in an administrative support role or experience in the technology, financial services, and/or payments industries preferred, but not required.
