Overview
Virginia Oncology Associates, the largest group of medical professionals in Hampton Roads and Northeast North Carolina devoted exclusively to cancer care and blood disorders, has an exciting opportunity for a Patient Services Coordinator - Treatment Scheduler to support our office in Norfolk. Scope: This position will serve as the primary treatment scheduler for our Norfolk office treatment area. Qualifications
- Receptionist or office experience preferred
- 3 years of medical office experience with scheduling background in a busy practice strongly preferred
- Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft (Outlook, Office Word, and Excel) required
- Ability to stand or walk around clinic for periods at a time
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be willing to travel to other office locations if needed
