We are searching for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative ready for professional development and career advancement opportunities.

1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 3:30 PM | $18.75 per hour

Language Requirements | Fluent in English and Spanish

Other Requirements | Excellent customer service skills + Attention to detail + Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel

*Prior experience in customer service or knowledge of automotive parts manufacturing is preferred

The Bilingual Customer Service Clerk will support the sales team and customers by processing orders, providing product information, preparing quotes, handling customer inquiries, managing inventory records, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
