Pay: $20 per hour

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday

Essential Functions:



  • Manage payroll, billing, accounts payable, and maintain attendance/vacation records for hourly employees.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards through maintenance oversight, DOT log review, incident response, and safety training/orientations.
  • Lead or assist with safety meetings and serve as the first point of contact for collisions and workplace injuries.
  • Coordinate dispatch and routing while maintaining consistent communication with drivers regarding updates and documentation.
  • Address front-line customer requests, escalate issues as needed, and act as a liaison between hourly staff and management.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to management.
  • Monitor expenses and manage supplies, uniforms, and Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities.




Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in a transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred. Experience with DOT, OSHA, and all related safety regulations required.
