Pay: $20 per hour Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday Essential Functions: Manage payroll, billing, accounts payable, and maintain attendance/vacation records for hourly employees. Ensure compliance with safety standards through maintenance oversight, DOT log review, incident response, and safety training/orientations. Lead or assist with safety meetings and serve as the first point of contact for collisions and workplace injuries. Coordinate dispatch and routing while maintaining consistent communication with drivers regarding updates and documentation. Address front-line customer requests, escalate issues as needed, and act as a liaison between hourly staff and management. Oversee quality assurance processes and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to management. Monitor expenses and manage supplies, uniforms, and Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities. Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in a transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred. Experience with DOT, OSHA, and all related safety regulations required.
