Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Mixer in Delphos, OH, to work for one of the world's largest manufacturers of recycled rubber products. Apply today and become a part of something bigger.

Schedule: 6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Thursday, some Fridays

Pay: $18/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Operate the Banbury mixer by setting and controlling mixing parameters such as temperature, time, and speed for each batch.
  • Prepare materials by accurately measuring, weighing, and adding raw ingredients according to specified recipes or formulas.
  • Monitor the mixing process to ensure proper consistency and make necessary adjustments to achieve the desired mix quality.
  • Perform quality control checks during and after mixing to identify and correct any abnormalities or inconsistencies.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the Banbury mixer, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspections.
  • Maintain detailed records of each batch, including materials used, settings, and any process changes or observations.
  • Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards for material handling and equipment operation.




This is an entry level position; training will be provided!
