Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000

Resource Development Manager Responsibilities:



  • Lead all private fundraising efforts through events, campaigns, sponsorships, and partnerships
  • Build and sustain relationships with local businesses, community leaders, donors, and philanthropists
  • Serve as a passionate ambassador for the organization's mission at community events and speaking engagements
  • Write and coordinate fundraising materials, donor communications, and grant applications
  • Work closely with leadership and the board to align development strategies with organizational goals
