Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $35.46 per hour, paid weekly via direct deposit or pay card

Training: Onsite for the first 3 weeks

What You'll Do



  • Own the claim from day one. Review files, determine compensability, and authorize benefits (TTD, PD, Life Pension).
  • Dig deeper. Conduct thorough investigations, gather statements, and leave no detail unchecked.
  • Collaborate with the best. Work directly with doctors, attorneys, and vocational experts on high-stakes cases.
  • Drive results. Prepare subrogation and litigation strategies that protect our clients and injured workers alike.
  • Educate and advocate. Explain rights and benefits clearly so employees feel respected and informed.



What You Bring



  • 3+ years recent experience adjusting California Workers' Compensation claims.
  • 1+ year handling complex, litigated files (continuous trauma, AOE/COE, stress, safety officer claims).
  • Sharp investigative instincts, polished communication, and a passion for doing things right the first time.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
