Machine Operator

Pay: Starting at $16.50/hr and up, based on experience

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:45 AM - 4:30 PM (4-day workweek!)

What You'll Do:

• Operate and set up electromechanical equipment for electronic circuit board assembly
• Follow setup sheets and layout drawings to ensure accuracy
• Monitor machines during production, report part shortages and defects
• Perform light maintenance, equipment cleaning, and communicate technical issues
• Take initiative to meet quality standards and support team improvements

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience operating electromechanical or CNC-type equipment
• Familiarity with pick & place, wave soldering, and water wash systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility for work quality, and a team-oriented mindset
• Physically capable of standing, sitting, bending, and stretching throughout the shift
