Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize inbound marketing campaigns using demand generation tactics including email, webinars, and content syndication. Develop full-funnel programs aligned with marketing and sales objectives.
  • Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing: Own and operate marketing automation programs in platforms like Marketo to engage, nurture, and convert leads. Design and execute email workflows, nurture streams, and campaign triggers to move prospects through the funnel.
  • Digital Advertising: Launch and manage paid media campaigns across key platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads. Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to target key segments and maximize ROI.
  • Creative & Content Development: Work with designers and content creators to develop campaign assets including banners, landing pages, emails, and ad creative. Preferred experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) to support visual development directly when needed.
  • Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Define and refine audience segments based on firmographics, technographics, and buyer behavior. Implement A/B tests and audience experiments to improve reach and engagement.
  • Performance Analytics & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance across platforms using tools like Google Analytics, Marketo, and Salesforce. Optimize programs based on KPIs including CTR, CPL, pipeline impact, and ROI.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with global sales, product marketing, events, and partner marketing teams to align campaign strategy, assets, and follow-up processes.

Qualifications

  • 3+ Years Demand Generation Experience: Proven track record running digital campaigns that drive pipeline. Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys and funnel metrics.
  • Marketing Automation Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Marketo or similar platforms. Able to independently build, QA, and optimize complex nurture and email programs.
  • Paid Media Proficiency: Experience executing digital advertising campaigns via Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, and similar channels. Programmatic experience is a plus.
  • Creative Tools Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and basic design or video editing skills is preferred.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Comfortable analyzing data to drive decisions. Experience with Google Analytics, UTM parameters, attribution tracking, and Salesforce campaign reporting.
  • Project & Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across fast-moving campaigns and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Collaborative & Communicative: Team-oriented mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to align diverse teams toward shared campaign outcomes.
  • Cybersecurity/SaaS Experience (Advantage): Experience marketing to technical buyers in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise IT industries is a plus.
