*Currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! This role is located in Beaverton, OR and has a hybrid option after training. *
*Job Description:* * Manage customer accounts, receiving and accurately posting payments. * Inform customers about the status of their accounts in a timely manner. * Collect payments from customers to bring overdue accounts current. * Investigate billing related questions and work directly with customers to resolve any issues * Skills & Qualifications* * 2+ years of customer service experience required. * 1-2 years of success working in a billing or call center is strongly preferred. * Proficient in Microsoft Office. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
