Are you a hands-on technician with a passion for precision and problem-solving? Join our team in Wilmington, NC, where you'll play a key role in building and maintaining the backbone of a massive commercial space-spanning nearly one million square feet. What You'll Do: * Install, test, and troubleshoot structured cabling systems including fiber optics, CAT5e, CAT6, and coaxial. * Conduct site surveys and provide accurate project estimates. * Ensure all installations meet industry standards and client specifications. * Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to keep projects on track. * Maintain detailed documentation of all installations and repairs. * Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times. * Learn and apply cable termination techniques with a growth mindset. What We're Looking For: * Proven experience in commercial cabling projects. * Strong knowledge of cabling standards and best practices. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. * Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. * A team player who's eager to learn and grow.
