Excel is currently seeking an Access Control Technician responsible for installing, troubleshooting and repairing cabling systems and equipment in several of the following: IP Video, IP Physical Access Control / LAN/WAN infrastructure and wireless LAN. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who can work independently and find solutions to get jobs done. Experience reading blueprints and site maps. Knowledgeable about NFPA standards, including NFPA 70 and 72. Experience in CCTV, voice, and data cabling is a plus. Excellent customer relationship and communication skills; verbal and written. Strong attention to detail.
