HYBRID ONSITE IN RICHMOND, VA Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to support an implementation of an Electronic Health Records Solution. Description * Supports the EHR program. Possess experience within a Clinical/Health/Bio-Tech environment. * Supports the Health IT Unit in the implementation of the EHR solution. * Collaborates with clinical staff and IT leaders to translate clinician requirements into coordinated specifications for the EHR solution. * Defines Health IT requirements for clinical disciplines as they relate to the strategic plan and unit mission. Provides business analysis on clinical processes, workflows and related artifacts. * Contributes to project/program implementation, infrastructure, system architecture, planning, project initiation, business analysis, requirement definition, systems design, systems design, systems development, system testing, systems implementation, on-going maintenance and enhancement, effective problem identification and resolution, production service and support, and systems administration support tasks to ensure computer applications will assist the client in achieving its day-to-day mission. * Implements downtime readiness procedures and internal reporting regarding system response time and service level agreements for connectivity and operational effectiveness of Health IT. Skills Needed: * Requirements Elicitation/Documentation/Analysis/Tracking * Systems/Integration/UAT Testing - including planning, execution, resolution, reporting * Process/Workflow Engineering/Analysis - including workflow diagramming (Visio), use case documentation, policy/procedure analysis Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
